Hocus Pocus… Focus

It is scientifically proven that:

 

Your senses are sending about 11 million bits of information per second to your brain,

Your conscious mind is able to process only 50 bits per second!

What does this mean?

 

This means that there is a whole lot of things going on around you, much more things than you could realize. In other words, there are a LOT of things that you do not notice at all!

 

And by a LOT, I mean millions, literally millions. Because 50 bits out of 11 million is less than 0.001%.

 

Can you even imagine that? You are consciously aware of less than 0.001% of all the things that are literally happening in front of your eyes!

 

However, what is it that defines which things you would notice and which ones you wouldn’t?

 

The answer is: your thoughts or what you are focused on at the moment.

 

This is why your focus and state of mind are so important.

 

For example:

 

If you are negative all the time, blaming yourself, saying to yourself that you are a loser and everybody hates you and you are not good enough, not loveable, etc. Guess what? You will notice only negative people that do not like you, you will notice and be aware of the things that humiliate you and make you feel even less worthy. You will not even be aware of the good things around you, you will not even see the nice people that like you and the opportunities that you have.

 

On the other hand, if you are positive and focused on what you truly want in life, imagining the end result, feeling happy and motivated, thinking you are smart and you can cope with anything that comes your way… Guess what? You will notice opportunities, people, information and coincidences that help you get to that end result you keep in your mind. You will notice positive people that like you and the good things in the world. You will not even notice the negative things and people around you, you will simply not be aware of them.

 

Everything is always there, but our life and how happy we are is defined by what we are focused on. This is how we create our reality.

 

And there are simple and quick ways to change your state of mind.
